Iced Tea: Ice your tea by starting with infusing whole leaves in fresh boiled water. When making the tea use half the hot water in the teapot. Pour the tea over the ice cubes. This will preserve the taste of the tea. Use black teas to ice such as Ceylon teas, as well as green teas, Roobis teas and fruit blends. |
