We order our tea from two reputable companies that import directly from the tea growing regions and main export centres. Your 50g and 100g packages of tea comes to you with our exclusive label and our tea samples are sent by request. Our Exclusive tea list: Black Tea English Breakfast: A classic black tea: a blend of Assam and Ceylon Teas. Enjoy with a splash of milk and rock sugar if desired. Darjeeling-second flush: A popular choice, a delicate black tea from India; high quality leaves, with notes of muscat grape and fruit and nut. Darjeeling is called the "champagne" of teas. Ceylon: Broken Leaf- Vithanakande: High quality tea from Ceylon, makes a nice morning or afternoon tea. Deep and rich aroma and flavor with notes of chocolate. This tea goes well with milk. Keemun: High quality China Black tea, very popular, with a lovely and smooth aroma, low in caffeine. Makes a nice afternoon or evening tea.  Oolong tea and Green teas Formosa Oolong: This tea is semi fermented, between a black and green tea, yielding a light orange color. It is reminiscent of flowers with notes of fruit, and has a lovely full bodied taste and aroma. Low in caffeine. Good anytime of day, especially after a meal; helps with digestion and lowers cholesterol. Dragon's Well- China green: High Quality tea, popular choice for green tea lovers. Long flat leaves with chestnut flavor. Jasmine Special Grade: Japanese Green Tea scented with Jasmine flowers that has a wonderful aroma , slightly sweet and is full bodied and fragrant. This tea is very popular in China, and becoming more so in the West.  Rooibos Pure Rooibos-Superior Grade: Pure South African Rooibos, Red Bush. 100% USDA organic. High in antioxidants. Caffeine free, wonderful for any time of the day. Drink with or without a splash of milk.  Special Blends:  Specialty Earl Grey Blend: Black Tea from Sri Lanka is different from traditional Earl Grey Blends with the oil of Bergamot. This special blend is made up of orange peel, violet blossoms and chrysanthemum blossoms, for an exotic and lovely cup with a medium to full bodied aroma and flavor. A nice afternoon tea. Winter Holiday Blend-Orange Spice: A black tea with special blend of citrus peels, cloves and vanilla pieces. Makes a nice Christmas gift. To brew your teas, always use fresh water in the kettle, and heat your teapot before brewing. Infuse your green tea leaves for 2-3 minutes before pouring, and 3-5 minutes for black teas. Infuse Rooibos leaves 5-7 minutes, and oolong tea 3-4 minutes before pouring. Adjust times to your individual tastes.
